The Building Services Department consists of 4 full-time employees who are responsible for cleaning and maintaining all city-owned buildings. The buildings include:

• Canterbury Park (seasonal)
• City Hall
• Dakota Avenue Fire Station
• Savage Community Park (seasonal)
• Hamilton Building
• Savage Library
• McColl Pond Environmental Learning Center
• O'Connell Road Fire Station
• Police Facility
• Public Works/Utility Services Building
